Homosexual lobbyists and radical left-wing officials are attempting to undermine the will of the American people, and what has transpired recently in California is an excellent example. In particular, the American Civil Liberties Union (a misnomer) has even tried to prevent the people of California from exercising their right to modify their own state constitution. The solution:

1. No state should ever be forced to recognize a homosexual marriage license issued in another state.
2. Enforce the right of the people of any and all states to modify their state constitutions to ban homosexual marriage if they so choose.
3. Oppose the judicial activism which is encouraged by homosexual lobbyists and radical groups like the ACLU.
